Better Public Services Conference
Delivering Digital and Innovation at Scale

This flagship event, organised by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform and free to Public Servants to attend, will focus on the Government’s ambition of tackling big societal issues and driving change through digital and innovation under the Better Public Services transformation strategy.
The conference will feature an inspiring line-up of Public Service and external speakers exploring issues such as digital inclusion, the potential for emerging technologies like AI in the Public Service and delivering seamless user experiences for the public via the ‘Life Events’ digital government programme.
