Pamela Byrne receives 2024 Alumni Achievement Award from University College Cork
Each year UCC honours alumni who have achieved outstanding success in their chosen fields. Congratulations to ACESA member and former Chair Pamela Byrne who received the 2024 Alumni Achievement Award from University College Cork in November 2024.
UCC’s Alumni Achievement Awards programme recognises UCC alumni who have excelled in their life’s work, who have demonstrated leadership in their field and who have been a source of inspiration to students and of pride to the University. An Alumni Achievement Award is one of the highest honours the University can bestow upon a graduate.
Since 1998, a total of 104 outstanding alumni have been honoured by UCC with an Alumni Achievement Award. These alumni have excelled in their life’s work, demonstrated leadership in their field, and have been a source of inspiration to students and of pride to the university.
