Artificial Intelligence – Joint event hosted with Chief Executives Forum of Northern Ireland
ACESA members and alumni travelled to Belfast on April 24th 2024 to join colleagues from the Chief Executives Forum of Northern Ireland (CEF) for an event focused on Artificial Intelligence.
Guest speakers included Ciaran Martin, Cyber Security Expert; and Mark O'Flaherty, Chief Information Officer for BT's Emergency Service Network. Presentations covered the need for public bodies to gain confidence in new technologies, and discussions explored how to prepare for the future of AI without fear.
Special thanks were given to Sir David Sterling and Anne Dickson for their invitation. The event took place at BT Tower, Belfast.
