Mairéad Callanan is a highly experienced executive and team coach working across the private, public and voluntary sectors. At the C-Suite level, she supports senior leaders and teams to excel by focusing on their priorities, navigating complex challenges and creating the environment for the organisation to thrive and adapt to their changing contexts.

With 38 years in financial services at AIB Group, Mairéad leverages significant organisational experience in leadership, transformational change, strategy and organisational development when coaching. From her prior senior leadership roles and her experience in coaching leaders, she has a real appreciation of the challenges leaders face in their roles.

Mairéad’s coaching approach is deeply relational, underpinned by psychological and systemic insight. Her style is warm, engaging and empathetic. She co-creates safe spaces for clients to be themselves as they explore more impactful ways of being as leaders while creating and delivering positive outcomes for themselves, their organisations and their stakeholders.

Mairéad holds an MScs in Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit and an MSc HR Development. She is an accredited Senior Practitioner Executive Coach (EMCC), a fellow of the Association of Coaching and a Practitioner in Systemic Coaching and Constellations.
