Janine is a Master Coach in coaching experience terms and has been working solely as an Executive Business Performance Coach since 2008. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Coach and has a strong, consistent record in the provision of cross-industry coaching within Ireland and internationally.

Janine set up High Noon in 2018 and is a seasoned Executive Advisor and Coach with extensive experience working across most industries. She has built up and retained an impressive client base of major international and domestic brands, State and semi-state organisations and private individuals, with some relationships spanning 10+ years. She understands the unique environment of working within the remit of the public sector and has experience supporting and advising leaders and managers in Revenue Commissioner’s, AIB, CBI, DEPR and NTPF. These are complemented by extensive private sector experience working with top decision makers from Harbour Energy, BMS, Pandora, Allianz and Flutter. Janine understands the personal and professional pressure people experience to succeed in ever-changing and complex working environments, communicate effectively, build trust, develop honest people skills and lead authentically.
