This breakfast briefing, entitled ‘The Central Bank in 2016’ took place on Wednesday 15th June in the Chester Beatty Library. Philip Lane, Governor of the Central Bank, addressed the group. He spoke most interestingly on the range and variety of matters under the remit of the Central Bank and the complexity of the relationships between the institutions of the state and Europe.
