At the last meeting for 2010 Bryan Andrews of the Public Appointments Service (PAS) addressed the group on the topic of how senior managers could best prepare themselves and their organisations for upcoming changes.

Members found it particularly beneficial to have the opportunity to hear Bryan Andrew’s comments on how senior managers can better equip themselves to deal with the change agenda as we attempt to ‘drive Croke Park over the gain line’, and also his views on the key issues for the people we lead and how to genuinely engage them in the change process.
