“Leadership – Congenital or Acquired?”
In the first of three briefings focusing on civil society, its leaders and institutions, Rhona Mahony, Master of Holles St. spoke to 33 members on 23rd September. Her briefing, “Leadership – Congenital or Acquired?” was a fascinating presentation by a very accomplished professional and leader of the most ‘productive’ hospital in Europe. She has had had some striking experiences professionally and especially in her role as the manager/leader of the National Maternity Hospital. Her views, opinions and extensive research on leadership were eclipsed by the honesty with which she shared her experiences
