‘Leveraging networks, innovation & diversity in addressing today’s complex challenges’
This talk, the third in our Autumn series, will be delivered by Vice Admiral Mark Mellett, Chief of Staff of Defence Forces Ireland. The presentation will focus on the complexity of the contemporary environment, and highlight the need for agility in responding to today’s ‘wicked’ problems. It will emphasise the importance of innovative thinking, networks and diversity in meeting the challenges of volatility and uncertainty, and reinforce the fundamental role of leadership in driving change.
