Commentary
Tom Arnold, who, among many other roles, chairs the All Island Civic Dialogue on Brexit, addressed the February Breakfast Briefing on the topic of ‘Leadership and Influencing’. His long and varied career has equipped him to provide tremendous insights into the issues concerned.
Twenty-five members attended the session and overall it was evaluated as very useful. Drawing on the benefit of his experience and wisdom, gleaned from his long and distinguished career, Tom shared his ‘ten lessons’ with the group. He embodies the principles of lifelong learning. His presentation was accessible and candid, as was the subsequent discussion. Overall this was a very practical and down-to-earth session.
This event was hosted in the CORU offices. The venue was very suitable and the warm hospitality much appreciated.
