innovation across the civil and public service, with insights shared by former and
current State Agency CEOs and Assistant Secretaries.
The theme of working collaboratively across the civil and public service was discussed at this joint event with the Assistant Secretaries Network.
Panel participants were Helen Hall, CEO, Policing Authority; Katherine Licken, Former Secretary General, Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport & Media; Seán Ó Foghlú, Senior Fellow in Public Policy in the Social Sciences Institute in Maynooth University and former Secretary General in the Department of Education; and Phelim Quinn, former CEO of HIQA.
