This panel discussion with Graham Love, ACESA Alumni and Mazars, John Conlon, Chairman of the Office of Public Works, and William Walsh, Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, was moderated by ACESA Chair Rosalind Carroll.
During the discussion John, Graham and William spoke about on how public service organisations can achieve effective service delivery, addressing issues such as how we develop organisational culture in a blended environment and other topics including performance management and evolving practice.
