Beyond Engagement – Building Positive Organisational Culture: The Great Place to Work model in action

Our June 30th breakfast briefing examined how we can create ‘Great Places to Work’. This was our first event in partnership with our Northern Ireland colleagues who are part of the Chief Executives Forum.
ACESA member Paul Kelly of Fáilte Ireland and Jim Flynn of the ‘Great Place to Work’ organisation presented to members of both organisations. Fáilte Ireland were ranked in the top 20 large organisations for being the best places to work in Ireland in 2020, with Paul himself awarded the most trusted leader in Ireland award.
