The Guest Speaker was Mairead McGuinness, EU Commissioner, who spoke on the subject of:

A Mentimeter Poll to inform future events and the proposed ACESA 2022 Conference was held at the event. Two questions were posed:
- What are the top three issues of concern to you as a CEO as you face ahead into 2021?
- Name the single biggest change you think will have taken place for government agencies by the year 2031, ten years from now?
