Communications & Engagement with Staff during Covid-19

After the announcement of the first lockdown, the Board responded by hosting a session for members where they were supported to share some of the challenges they were grappling with as a result of the pandemic. The event was well received, and evolved in the coming months to a number of events where smaller groups were facilitated to share challenges and innovations in respect of the pandemic.
