Covid 19 Mid Term Plan

This event took the form of a number of smaller groups of member discussions facilitated by ACESA Board members. A number of common themes emerged from the discussions including: The challenges of moving staff back to an office environment; Addressing COVID fatigue; Managing staff who are working remotely; Positive actions that can help with an organisation’s ‘culture’, and how to ensure Boards are supported.
